JYB works directly with high schools, vocational colleges, and universities in China, across both Tier 1 cities, in particular Beijing and Shanghai, and Tier 2/3 cities, such as Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Henan, Ningxia, Heilongjiang and Jilin. We currently have a total of over 50 partners schools and our network continues to grow. Outside of China, JYB collaborates with universities, colleges, educational departments, and startup accelerators in Australia, New Zealand, and the US.

JYB International gives all of its full-time staff two weeks to volunteer with organizations, schools or projects targeted at disadvantaged or marginalized students in China. Staff members have the flexibility to choose projects that they find most meaningful.JYB International donates a part of its profits to organizations targeting education equality in China. This is part of Tripalocal Group’s group wide policy towards philanthropy.
